中文摘要: 利用远场涡流检测技术对20#钢弯管上不同位置、不同大小的通孔进行了检测。经过分析对比后发现,弯管对远场涡流检测的信号幅值和相位都有明显的影响,缺陷越小,其信号受弯管影响越大。其中,外弧处的缺陷幅值最小,应作为幅值判伤的基准。

Abstract:Different through holes in bended tube of 20# steel are tested by RFT.By means of analysis and comparison,through holes in outer arc are found to have a lower signal magnitude,and the value of bending diameter has limited affection to signal magnitude of through holes.
