中文摘要: 碳材料KB具有表面积大、导电性能好等优点,常被用于CO2电解处理过程。通过调整前期热处理与胺化热处理参数,获得不同批次的NKB催化剂材料,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱分析和拉曼光谱等表征方法,对所制备样品的形貌、结构和组成等进行了分析,最后对4种样品在CO2电解过程中的催化活性进行了测试。结果表明,温度预处理有利于提升氮掺杂碳KB催化剂的催化活性,且温度与催化活性成正相关趋势。
Abstract:Carbon material KB is applied to carbon dioxide electrolysis due to its advantages such as high surface area,perfect conductivity.A variety of carbon catalysts,NKB,are synthesized by adjusting parameters of thermal pre-treatment and amination.The morphology,structure and composition properties are performed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Raman.Finally their catalytic properties in carbon dioxide electrolysis are tested.The results illustrate that thermal pre-treatment is in favor of N-doped KB's catalytic activity,and there is a positive correlation between the temperature and the catalytic activity.
