中文摘要: 以上海的某宾馆建筑为研究对象,利用建筑能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus对单层透明玻璃窗、双层low-e玻璃窗、单层透明玻璃窗贴隔热膜和双层玻璃窗加外遮阳4种外窗设计方案进行了建筑全年能耗模拟。结果表明,双层玻璃窗加外遮阳的能效最好,单层透明玻璃窗贴隔热膜次之,再次为双层low-e玻璃窗,单层透明玻璃窗最差。在综合考虑能耗费用和初投资的情况下,最终发现双层玻璃窗加外遮阳设计方案的经济性最好。
Abstract:A hotel located in Shanghai is studied.Building energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus is used to simulate building annual energy consumption of four kinds of design measures:single clear glazing,double low-e glazing,single clear glazing with sun control film and double glazing with exterior shading.The result shows that the best scheme is double glazing with exterior shading,followed by single clear glazing with sun control film,with double low-e glazing being the third and the worst scheme is single clear glazing.Combined with the energy consumption cost and primary cost,ultimately double glazing with exterior shading is proved to be most economical.
