中文摘要: 提出了考虑尾流效应的风电出力模型,用于电力系统可靠性评估。通过分析复杂风机局部遮挡和尾流效应的影响,建立了考虑复杂地形的部分遮挡尾流效应模型。利用MATLAB软件对不同风速、风向和机组布置下的尾流效应进行了计算,模拟了风场在不同风速和风向下的快速建模。该模型可以更准确地描述风电场风速和风向输出功率的变化,对于调节海上风电场输出的间歇性和随机性有一定的参考作用。
Abstract:A wind power output model considering wake effects is proposed for power systems reliability evaluation.By analyzing the influence of partial occlusion and the wake effect on the complex wind turbines,a model of partial shield wake effect considering complex terrain is established.By using MATLAB,the input wind speed is calculated under different wind speeds,wind direction and fan arrangement,and the fast modeling of wind farm under the change of wind speed and direction is simulated.The model can more accurately describe the change when the wind speed and direction of wind farms output power.The correctness of the method is verified by simulation.The method is transplantable and can be used to calculate the input wind speed model of wind farms in various scales and is useful in adjusting the intermittency and randomness of the integrated output of offshore wind farms.
