中文摘要: 对客户服务管理系统、配电自动化系统、用户信息采集系统、生产管理系统中的信息进行有效融合和共享,可在某些故障信息缺失的情况下,利用拓扑上或管理层级上关联的上级或邻近信息来帮助快速定位中低压配电网中的故障。针对线路跳闸、配电变压器停电、客户报修触发的停电事件,利用客户、表计、表箱、配电变压器、分支线、馈线之间的关联关系,提出了基于多源信息的配电网停电故障研判方法,对停电事件信息池中的事件进行研判,完善其信息;并以客户报修触发的停电事件为例,给出停电故障研判的过程。
Abstract:Integrating and sharing the information of trouble call system,distribution automation system,automatic meter reading system and production management system will assist the fast fault location in the medium voltage/low voltage distribution networks by using the upper level or adjacent information in case of losing some outage information.In regard to the outage events triggered off by line trip,power loss of distribution transformer or trouble call,a fault location method based on multisource information is proposed by using the association relationship among customers,smart meters,meter boxes,distribution transformers,line sections and feeders.Then the event stored in the outage event pool is judged and its information is refined.Finally,the fault location procedure is demonstrated with an event triggered off by a trouble call.
