中文摘要: 随着金融创新和互联网技术的迅速发展，新兴的互联网金融在金融活动中处于非常重要的地位。如何认识互联网金融的本质特征，从而采取相应的措施不断完善互联网金融的形式，对促进虚拟经济与实体经济更好地结合，推动实体经济发展具有重要意义。
Abstract:Thanks to the rapid development of financial innovation and internet technology,the emerging internet finance is playing a significant role in the financial activities.The recognition of essential characteristics of internet finance and therefore the measures taken so as to improve the model of internet finance are of great importance to promote the better combination of virtual economy and real economy as well as to promote the development of real economy.
