中文摘要: 热电联供是目前火电机组大幅降低CO2排放的唯一可行途径。针对大型火电机组热电联供,提出了带调节及切除功能的前置低压缸供热方案,可以解决大型机组差胀大的问题,缓解常规方案中较低电负荷或较大热负荷时节流损失、回热系统损失和余速损失的增加。通过对一次和二次再热机组实例的计算定量分析表明,带调节及切除功能的前置低压缸供热方案的经济性更优。
Abstract:Combined heat and power (CHP) is presently the only viable way for coal-fired power units to significantly reduce CO2 emissions.The adjustable and resectable front low pressure Casing scheme is proposed for large CHP units.It could solve differential expansion problem and greatly alleviate throttling loss,regeneration system loss and exhaust loss at lower power load or greater heat load.Examples of single reheat unit and the double reheat unit are analyzed and this scheme is more efficient.
