中文摘要: 采用超声波乳化的方法制备了导热油的水包油乳液。对不同质量分数的水包油乳液的稳定性进行了考察,并对其导热系数进行了测量;然后又进行了不同质量分数的导热油乳液在螺旋管内的强制对流换热实验,对水包油乳液的传热性能和压降特性进行了研究。结果表明,质量分数较低的导热油乳液导热系数和平均换热系数相比基液有所增加,在入口温度为30℃,雷诺数接近3 600时,0.1%和0.5%质量分数的导热油乳液的热力性能系数最大可达1.044。
Abstract:The oil-in-water emulsion of heat-conducting oil is prepared by ultrasonic emulsification.The stability of oil-in-water emulsions with different mass fractions is investigated,and the thermal conductivity is measured.Then,the emulsions with different mass fractions are tested.The forced convection heat transfer experiments in the spiral tube are carried out to study the heat transfer performance and pressure drop characteristics of the oil-in-water emulsion.The results show that the thermal conductivity and the average heat transfer coefficient of the emulsion with lower mass fraction are increased compared with the base fluid.The thermal performance coefficient of the emulsion with mass fraction of 0.1% and 0.5% at the inlet temperature of 30℃ and Renault close to 3 600 can be up to 1.044.
