中文摘要: 为了解决调理污泥在测定过程中过滤速度过快导致的测定误差增加的问题,研究了比阻测定过程中过滤体积、过滤阻力以及调理之后污泥高速搅拌预处理操作与否对比阻测定的影响。研究结果表明:在过滤体积为100 mL、过滤阻力为1层滤纸时,比阻数据可靠性更高,与毛细吸水时间(CST)、粒径和滤液过滤时间(TTF)的相关性更好;同时,未经搅拌的调理污泥脱水指标数据波动很大,变化趋势与污泥调理的实际规律不相吻合,而高速搅拌后的调理污泥脱水指标数据波动较小,说明调理之后污泥的搅拌预处理操作能够提高测定结果的可靠性和精确性,泥性测定更能反映实际规律。

Abstract:In order to solve the measurement error of specific resistance of filtration (SRF) caused by too fast filtrable speed of conditioned sludge,filtration volume and filtration resistance in the measurement process of SRF were studied,and the high-speed stirring pretreatment for conditioned sludge was also studied.The results show that when the sample volume and filtration resistance were 100 mL and one layer filter paper,the SRF was more reliable and had a better correlation with CST,particle size and TTF.At the same time,data of dewatering indicators for unpretreated sludge fluctuated greatly,and change trend was not consistent with the actual law of sludge conditioning.The indicators data of conditioned sludge after high-speed stirring pretreatment fluctuated less,which indicates that stirred pretreatment of conditioned sludge can improve the reliability and accuracy of measurement results,and measurement can reflect the actual law more.
