中文摘要: 曝气系统的性能直接影响了污水处理的效果和运行成本。城市污水处理厂好氧池中微孔曝气管在长期运行过程中,微生物及其代谢物产生的生物膜会堵塞曝气孔,钙、镁类无机盐容易在曝气管表面及孔内结垢,使充氧性能大大降低;同时气孔的堵塞使风机的出口风压逐渐升高,长期高负荷运行会影响安全生产。采用不同化学药剂对曝气管进行化学清洗,恢复被污染的曝气管的氧转移效率(OTE),并比较了不同化学清洗药剂的清洗效果,有助于化学清洗药剂的挑选。
Abstract:The aeration performance directly affects the pollutant removal efficiency and operating cost of municipal wastewater treatment.After operating for a long time,biofilm produced by the microorganisms and their metabolites block the pores of the fine-pore diffuser tubes in the aerobic tank of a municipal wastewater treatment plant,and the inorganic salts of calcium and magnesium are easy to scale on the surface of the tube.Both effects greatly reduce the aeration performance.At the same time the blocked pores increase the output pressure of the blower.Working at a high load for a long time jeopardizes the safety in operation.Different chemicals are used to clean the surface of the fine-pore diffuser tubes to restore the oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE) of contaminated tubes.The effects of different chemical cleaning agents help to select the best option.
