中文摘要: 可再生能源发电的间歇性和分布式负载用电的随机性迫切需要具有缓冲作用的储能系统来保证电网的安全稳定运行。阐述了储能技术的意义、特点、国内外发展现状和趋势。重点介绍了上海储能技术的发展现状,针对上海地区电网的特点,提出了上海地区储能技术发展的具体建议。

Abstract:There is an urgent demand for energy storage systems with buffering function to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid because of intermittence of renewable energy power generation and randomness of distributed load utilization.The significance,feature,status quo and trend at home and abroad are expounded.The developement of energy storage in Shanghai is introduced and suggestions are proposed for energy storage in Shanghai based on the feature of power grid in Shanghai.
