中文摘要: 针对目前分布式能源站由于没有相适宜的设备维护管理模式导致运行中存在着诸多问题,提出了采用故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)法,对燃气能源站中主机设备进行风险评估分析,以找出风险较高的主机设备典型缺陷项目。基于此,以"流量仪表指示异常"典型缺陷项目为例,采用故障树分析(FTA)法挖掘缺陷项目的主要影响因素(底事件),以期为燃气能源站主机设备的维护提供新的思路。
Abstract:Problems exist in distributed energy station due to lack of appropriate maintenance management failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) method is proposed for risk assessment and analysis on main equipment in gas distributed energy stations,in order to find out the typical defective items of main equipment with high risk.Based on this,taking the typical defect item "flow meter indication abnormality" as an example,fault tree analysis (FTA) method is used to figure out the main influencing factors (bottom events) of the defect item.Through research on this analysis method,it is expected to provide new guidance for the maintenance of main equipment of gas distributed energy stations.
