中文摘要: 为了同时控制一体化反应堆直流蒸汽发生器(OTSG)的蒸汽压力和过热度,分析了OTSG的工作机理,建立了OTSG模型。采用三冲量控制方法控制主给水阀门,并采用单回路加前馈控制方法来控制主蒸汽阀门,提出了OTSG蒸汽压力和过热度控制策略。在MATLAB/Simulink中构建仿真系统,通过OPC与一体化反应堆仿真平台链接,同时把OTSG模型嵌入到一体化反应堆仿真平台,构成OTSG蒸汽压力和过热度控制仿真研究平台。仿真结果表明,该控制策略可行,可以很好地满足控制性能要求,同时提高了对一体化反应堆的控制性能。
Abstract:In order to simultaneously control the steam pressure and superheat of the integrated reactor once-through steam generator (OTSG), the working mechanism of OTSG is analyzed and the OTSG model is established.The three-impulse control method is used to control the main feed water valve and the single loop plus feedforward control method is used to control the main steam valve.The OTSG steam pressure and superheat control strategy is proposed.A simulation system is constructed in MATLAB/Simulink, and linked with the integrated reactor simulation platform through OPC, and the OTSG model is embedded into the integrated reactor simulation platform to form an OTSG steam pressure and superheat control simulation research platform.The simulation results show that the control strategy is feasible, can well meet the control performance requirements and improve the control performance of the integrated reactor.
