中文摘要: 对回流式低速风洞试验段横截面进行流场测量和测试数据分析。由于回流式低速风洞试验段流场受边壁效应的影响且风洞两壁面不光滑,所以造成紧靠管壁处的流体速度趋于零。由于空气流体黏性的作用,使得从管壁到管的中心,速度有一定的梯度变化,且靠近管的中心时速度最大。经风洞划分区域并标记区域中心,测量结果表明,风洞中央风速明显略高于目标风速,且越往两侧风速越低。
Abstract:The flow field measurement of the cross section of the experimental section of the low speed closed circuit wind tunnel is carried out and the test data are analyzed.The flow field in the test section of the low speed closed circuit wind tunnel is affected by the side wall effect,and the two walls of the wind tunnel are not smooth,so the fluid velocity close to the pipe wall tends to 0.Due to the effect of the air fluid viscosity,there will be a certain gradient change from the pipe wall to the center of the pipe.When it is close to the center of the pipe,the velocity should reach the maximum value.The wind speed in the center of the wind tunnel is slightly higher than the target wind speed,and the wind speed gradually decreases as the wind tunnel moves to both sides.
