中文摘要: 变压器故障中铁心和夹件故障占比较大,且在运行中要求变压器铁心和夹件必须保证单点接地。就某500 kV变压器铁心接地电流不稳定的异常情况,分别从带电检测和停电试验检查两方面进行了初步分析,有效验证了油色谱试验的灵敏性,避免了一起因厂家设计缺陷导致的主变压器停电跳闸事故。
Abstract:In the transformer fault,the core and clamp fault account for a large proportion,and the transformer core and clamp must ensure single point grounding in operation.In this paper,a 500 kV transformer core grounding current unstable abnormal situation,respectively from the live detection and power failure test inspection two parts of the preliminary analysis,effectively verify the sensitivity of oil chromatography test,effectively avoid a main transformer power outage trip accident caused by the manufacturer's design defects.
