中文摘要: 提出了一种适用于高湿烟气中SO3酸雾气溶胶监测方法。利用SO3酸雾气溶胶生成系统及控制冷凝法采样装置,对不同采样流速、水浴温度、采样枪温度、改进装置和SO3浓度等采样条件下的SO3酸雾气溶胶收集率进行了实验研究。结果表明:使用控制冷凝法对SO3酸雾气溶胶进行监测时,采样流速为4 L/min较为适宜,水浴温度应在70~80℃内,采样枪温度应高于酸露点温度;加装冲击式吸收瓶对控制冷凝法具有较好的改进效果;SO3浓度的增加导致SO3酸雾气溶胶收集率明显下降。控制冷凝法监测结果修正后可保证修正值与实际值之间的误差在5%以内。
Abstract:To establish a method applied to monitoring SO3 acid mist aerosol in high humidity flue gas,the influence of different sampling conditions such as sampling flow rate,water bath temperature,sampling gun temperature,improvement of the device and SO3 concentration on the SO3 acid mist aerosol collection rate are experimentally studied using the SO3 acid mist aerosol generation system and the controlled condensation method.The results show that the most suitable sampling flow rate and water bath temperature are 4 L/min and 70~80℃ respectively,and the sampling gun temperature should be higher than the acid dew point temperature.The addition of the shock absorption bottle has a better improvement effect on the control condensation method.The increase of SO3 concentration leads to a significant decrease in the collection rate of SO3 acid mist aerosol.The monitoring value is corrected by linear regression method to ensure that the error between it and the actual value is within 5%.
