中文摘要: 以某单级工业供热的热电联产机组为研究对象,在系统中引入蓄热装置并与旁路系统结合,提出了在蓄热和放热阶段均可以调峰的旁路-蓄热调峰方案,以较少的蓄热介质实现了连续长时间调峰。采用 EBSILON 软件搭建机组分析模型,对机组的原调峰方案、抽汽蓄热调峰方案、旁路-蓄热调峰方案进行了对比和分析。结果表明,旁路-蓄热调峰方案的调峰范围最大,降负荷调峰深度最深可达127.5 MW;一个蓄放热周期内旁路-蓄热调峰方案的热效率最高,运行收益最大。

Abstract:This paper takes a single-stage industrial heating cogeneration unit as the research object,introduces a heat storage device into the system and combines it with the bypass system,and proposes a bypass-heat storage regulation that can adjust peaks in both the heat storage and heat release stages.This scheme can achieve continuous long-term peak regulation with less heat storage medium.This paper uses Ebsilon software to build the unit analysis model,and analyzes the original peak shaving scheme,the extraction steam heat storage peak shaving scheme,and the bypass-heat storage peak shaving scheme.The results show that the peak shaving range of the bypass-thermal storage peak regulation scheme is the largest,and the peak load reduction depth can reach 127.5 MW; the thermal efficiency of the bypass-thermal storage peak regulation scheme is the highest in one storage and discharge cycle,and the operation benefit is the largest.
