中文摘要: 为确保电网的安全、平稳运行,提出了基于稀疏采样与差分演化的柔性直流输电系统高频振荡抑制技术,以快速恢复系统平稳供电能力。构建了模块化电平换流器(MMC)高频阻抗模型,获得了链路时延对交流系统高频阻抗特性的影响,以及输电线路参数变化的联合效应。通过A/I转换器,基于差分演化的匹配跟踪算法,实现了高频阻抗信号的稀疏表示,降低了柔性直流输电系统高频阻抗信号的采样率,合理设定附加RLC二阶高通滤波器的截止频率、品质因数、补偿容量参数,可以抑制柔性直流输电系统的高频振荡。仿真实验结果表明:高频振荡抑制后电压信号可快速恢复正常,抑制效果突出。
Abstract:In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,a high-frequency oscillation suppression technology of flexible DC transmission system based on sparse sampling and differential evolution is proposed to quickly restore the stable power supply capacity of the system.The MMC(Modular Multilevel Convert) high-frequency impedance model is constructed.The influence of link delay on the high-frequency impedance characteristics of AC system and the joint effect of transmission line parameter changes are analyzed and obtained.The sparse representation of high-frequency impedance signal is realized through A/I converter and matching tracking algorithm based on differential evolution,to reduce the sampling rate of high-frequency impedance signal of flexible DC transmission system,reasonably set the cut-off frequency,quality factor and compensation capacity parameters of additional RLC second-order high pass filter,adjust the impedance of flexible DC transmission system and suppress the high-frequency oscillation of flexible DC transmission system.The simulation results show that after the suppression of high-frequency oscillation,the voltage signal can quickly return to normal,and the suppression effect is prominent.
