中文摘要: 焦粉固定碳高、热值高,使用其制备型煤,可替代散煤做民用炊暖之用,但焦粉有挥发分低、粘连性差等特点。以NaOH溶液预处理的改性小麦秸秆和活化镁渣作为黏结剂,使用压片机冷压成型制备型煤。通过正交实验表明,改性小麦秸秆用量是影响型煤抗压强度、落下强度的最重要因素。经综合考量得到的最佳制备工艺参数为改性小麦秸秆用量20%,改性温度75℃,NaOH浓度2.5%,镁渣用量5%,成型压力30 MPa,添水量10%。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析表明,小麦秸秆改性后,表面物质溶解产生部分芳香族化合物及其他具有黏性的物质,并广泛形成分子间氢键;内部纤维暴露增大了各组分间机械啮合力,纤维交错缠绕可将应力沿径向及轴向传递;镁渣活化后,打破表面玻璃体结构,产生黏性硅酸钠;镁渣的亲水性有助于将焦粉及黏结剂充分浸润并维持分子间氢键的存在。复合黏结剂可使型煤中各组分紧密团聚,形成牢固骨架结构,使型煤具有良好的抗压强度和落下强度。

Abstract:The coke powder has high fixed carbon and high calorific value.It can be used to prepare briquette instead of loose coal for civil cooking and heating.However, the coke powder has the characteristics of low volatile content and poor cohesiveness.This paper uses NaOH solution pretreatment to improve natural wheat straw, and activated magnesium slag are used as binders to prepare briquette by cold pressing with a tablet press.It is obtained through orthogonal experiment that the dosage of modified wheat straw is the most important factor affecting the compressive strength and falling strength.After comprehensive consideration, the best preparation process parameters are 20% of modified wheat straw, modification temperature 75℃, and NaOH concentration 2.5%, the amount of magnesium slag is 5%, the molding pressure is 30 MPa, and the amount of water added is 10%.SEM and FTIR analysis show that after the modification of wheat straw, some aromatic compounds and other viscous substances are dissolved on the surface of the wheat straw, and intermolecular hydrogen bonds are widely formed.The exposure of internal fibers increased the mechanical meshing force between the components.Staggered winding can transfer stress in the radial and axial directions;after activation of magnesium slag, the surface vitreous structure is broken to produce viscous sodium silicate;the hydrophilicity of magnesium slag helps to fully infiltrate the coke powder and binder and maintain the molecules.The existence of hydrogen bonds between.The composite binder can tightly agglomerate the components in the briquette to form a firm skeleton structure, so that the briquette has good compressive strength and falling strength.
