中文摘要: 新疆高碱煤中含有大量的碱金属使其在燃烧过程中产生严重的结渣与沾污现象。综述了新疆高碱煤在燃烧过程中结渣、沾污的原理及相应的解决措施,即燃烧前水洗浸出技术的优势与缺点;燃烧参数在燃烧过程中的影响与优化;无机添加剂、其他煤与新疆高碱煤混合燃烧技术。针对新疆高碱煤在电站锅炉中的高效利用,提出了后续可行的研究方向。
Abstract:Xinjiang high alkali coal contains a large amount of alkali metals,which cause serious slagging and fouling during the combustion process.This paper summarizes the principles of slagging and fouling during the combustion process of Xinjiang high alkali coal,and proposes corresponding solutions i.e:advantages and disadvantages of pre combustion water washing leaching technology;the influence and optimization of combustion parameters during the combustion process;inorganic additives,other coal and Xinjiang high alkali coal mixed combustion technology.Further feasible research directions are proposed for the efficient utilization of Xinjiang High Alkali Coal in power plant boilers.
