中文摘要: 针对现有灵活性评估方法对配电网传输能力考虑不足的问题,提出了一种含高比例分布式电源的配电网灵活性评估方法。首先,分析了配电网灵活性需求与灵活性资源的运行特性,建立配电网灵活性供需模型,得到配电网灵活性供需匹配的4种情况。然后,基于灵活性供需分析提出了3类配电网灵活性评估指标,并构建了以运行成本最低为目标函数的优化调度模型。最后,通过对改进的IEEE33节点配电网进行仿真计算,验证了所提评估指标和评估方法的有效性和优越性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the existing flexibility evaluation methods do not consider the transmission capacity of distribution network, a flexibility evaluation method for distribution network with high proportion of distributed generation is proposed.Firstly, by analyzing the flexibility demand of the distribution network and the operation characteristics of flexible resources, the flexible supply and demand model of distribution network is established, and four situations of flexible supply and demand matching of distribution network are obtained.Then, based on the flexibility supply and demand analysis, three flexibility evaluation indexes of distribution network are established.Finally, through the simulation calculation of the improved IEEE 33-bus distribution network, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed evaluation index and evaluation method are verified.
