中文摘要: 针对高速旋转且承受偏载作用的圆柱滚子轴承,进行了轴承内部作用的力学性能分析。对由于安装造成的轴承滚子偏载与工作中产生不同偏载力矩下的滚动轴承滚动体偏载的接触载荷、接触应力,以及轴承的对数修型和变形量进行了分析。研究结果表明:在工作中的圆柱滚子轴承,随着载荷的增大,偏载角度增大,滚动轴承滚动体与内圈接触应力增大,其中接触应力在端部变化较为明显;采用对数修型,可使滚子应力降低,并且在偏载工况下应力变化明显。
Abstract:For cylindrical roller bearings that rotate at high speed and subjected to eccentric loads,the mechanical properties of the internal action of the bearings are analyzed. The contact load,contact stress,logarithmic modification and deformation of the bearing under the eccentric load of the roller caused by the installation and the eccentric load of the rolling element under different eccentric load moments generated during the work are analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of load,the eccentric load angle increases,and the contact stress between the rolling element and the inner ring of the rolling bearing increases,and the contact stress changes significantly at the end. Among them,the logarithmic roller modification can reduce the stress, and the stress changes significantly under the condition of eccentric load
