中文摘要: 近年来的电荒对经济、社会产生了巨大影响.从当今电荒的表现及影响着手,分析了电荒产生的原因,探讨了克服电荒的几种策略,进而指出,避免电荒再现的策略除了增加投资外,还应深化电力改革.
Abstract:"Electric scarcity" has produced huge influence on social and economic development in these years.This paper first presents the problems of "Electric scarcity", and lists a series of causes, then discusses some tactics to avoid it.Accordingly, it suggests that we should solve the problems not only by increasing investment , but also by deepening the reforms of power industries.
