中文摘要: 提出了一种依据磨煤机出口温度高报警触发的故障定位系统.通过对火电厂600 MW仿真机组进行故障测试,以及数据记录、分析和处理,得出经过神经网络诊断确认的故障树,再利用力控监控软件实现了该定位程序.该诊断程序可及时正确地定位出磨煤机故障的原因,对电厂安全高效运行具有重要意义.

Abstract:A method of diagnosis triggered by alarm of the over-high temperature high of the mill outlet is developed. By using this system,cause of the fault can be easily found. The fault tree verified by neural network is configured by using the data getting from 600 MW power plant simulator. Then force control configuration software is used to build up the faults diagnosis system. It proves that the proposed diagnosis system has important significance to the fault location and to the improvement of operation efficiency.
