中文摘要: 针对薄钢板出厂前需要进行切割精度效验以满足用户要求的目的,设计开发了一种基于S7-300PLC的薄钢板切割精度效验装置,实现了薄钢板对角线差、高度以及斜切率的测量.介绍了效验装置的系统功能、软硬件组成及切割精度计算模型.经现场运行使用表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,操作方便.

Abstract:To meet the requirements of cutting accuracy for the steel enterprises by measuring the rectangular steel sheet on the basis of S7-300 PLC the design of the cutting accuracy verifying device for steel sheet is presented. The design can better fulfill the function of alerting and real-time monitoring,and perfectly realize the measurement of diagonal difference,height and oblique cutting rate. Main hardware,S7-300 PLC program structure design and algorithm model are also discussed in detail. Operation data of the scene indicates that operation of the system is stable and reliable, and easy to operate and maintain.
