中文摘要: 改性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜对乳化油废水适应性很强,在不同浓度下,其除油率可达到95%以上.当料液乳化油浓度在365 mg/L以下时,出水达到国家污水综合排放标准.当料液温度维持在20~26℃,膜组件在操作压力为0.1 MPa,膜面流速为2 m/s运行约4 h时,膜通量稳定在38.4 L/(m2h).
Abstract:After experiment and research,it is found that modified PVDF membrane is applicable for emulsion oil wastewater and the rejection ratio could be up to over 95% at different concentrations.The permeation reaches the country water releasing standard under 365 mg/L of feed concentration.When the feed temperature is between 20~26 ℃,the module flux could be stabilized at 38.4 L/(m2 · h) in the condition of a crossflow velocity at 2 m · s-1 after running for 4 hours.
