中文摘要: DNA序列敦据是一类重要的生物数据，也是DNA计算的基础数据.介绍了DNA序列数据特性，并对DNA序列分析技术的研究现状以及进展进行了综述，给出了DNA序列数据分析的热点问题，包括DNA序列的数据存储方式和基于DNA生物特性的分析模型等.

Abstract:DNA sequence is one of the basic and important datum among biological data.An overview of research progress in DNA sequence data analysis technology is provided.The prospect and open issues of DNA sequence data analysis are given，including the research of a novel storage model and analysis model based on DNA biological domain.
