中文摘要: 提出了一种基于阈值分割与分步定位的绝缘子提取算法,可以从航拍巡线图像中分离出绝缘子部分.算例结果表明:该算法能够有效滤除复杂背景的干扰,得到准确的绝缘子图像.

Abstract:In order to extract insulator image from aerial image with complex background，an algorithm based on threshold segmentation and secondary fractional steps positioning is presented. This algorithm is divided into two parts: rough positioning and precise positioning. Result of the calculation example shows that the proposed algorithm can extract insulator image from aerial image in complicated background.
