中文摘要: 综述了国内外材料科学数据库的研究开发状况,讨论了目前材料数据库发展中存在的问题.结合国家科研基础条件平台建设项目,对电力能源材料科学数据共享平台的前期建设进行了总结,介绍了数据平台的框架结构和结点规划.

Abstract:The development of international materials database is reviewed. The problems in the application of the materials database are discussed. Combined with the project of the national scientific ＆ technical platform，the preliminary work of the electric power materials database is included. Their framed structure and node planning are introduced.
