中文摘要: 在LabVIEW 8.5环境下实现了基于特征参数和希尔伯特包络谱分析的故障诊断方法,开发了风电机组滚动轴承故障诊断系统.故障诊断实验结果表明,该系统能够有效、快速、准确地对滚动轴承内圈、外圈、滚动体故障进行识别并报警.
Abstract:The fault diagnosis methods are achieved based on characteristic parameters and Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis; wind turbine rolling bearing fault diagnosis system in LabVIEW 8.5 is developed.The results of fault diagnosis show that the system can efficiently,quickly and accurately identify and alarm rolling bearing inner ring,outer ring,rolling body faults.
