中文摘要: 锅炉水温过程具有惯性、滞后、非线性等特点,传统PID控制很难达到较好的控制效果.采用多容惯性标准传递函数方法设计了锅炉内胆水温控制器.仿真试验结果发现,多容惯性标准传递函数控制具有设计简单、实现容易、无超调、调整时间短等优点.
Abstract:Boiler water temperature process has the peculiarity of inertia,time-delay and nonlinear characteristics,so the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve good control effect.A multiple capacity process transfer function standard form is taken to design a boiler inner watertemperature controller.Simulation test result shows that,the multiple capacity process transfer function standard form control has the advantages of being simple and easy to implement,without overshoot,and short adjustment time,which offers a promising prospect.
