中文摘要: 分析了在三相半波整流电路阻感性负载下,当3个晶闸管均关断时出现负向电流与三相半波有源逆变电路中开关管切换时刻出现电压振荡的原因.建立了相关元件的改进等效仿真模型,模拟实验电路的工作情况,仿真实验验证了所建模型的正确性.提出了不可完全忽略高频电力电子变流电路中才考虑的分布参数对工频电路工作的影响,完善了仿真模型,确保了结果的准确性.
Abstract:Through experiment,the reasons are analyzed why the current turns negative when 3 SCRs are all off in three-phase half-wave rectified circuit and the resonance takes place during swit-ching period in three-phase half-wave active inverse circuit.The equivalent circuit models of the related devices cared are established to take the place of the ideal models to simulate the operation of the experiment.The simulation results with the improved models verify the validity of the theory.The essentials of the distribution parameters of high frequency model in the normal frequency circuit are proposed.The simulation models should be perfected to improve the accuracy of the results.
