Abstract:The production of hydrogen from solar fuel reforming and cracking is a key subject in the field of solar thermochemical reactions over the world.Typical solar fuel reforming and cracking reactions and major devices of the solar thermochemical reaction system are introduced.Progress of research in directly absorbing solar collectors/thermochemical reactors is described and the factors of heat transport in the suspended particle collector/reactor are analyzed.
