采用自制电极处理印染废水

中文摘要: 采用正交试验方法, 研究了自制稀土铈掺杂钛基二氧化锰电极在不同的电流密度、电解质浓度、反应时间和pH值等参数条件下对印染废水处理效果的影响.结果显示:自制电极处理印染废水的最适宜条件是电流密度为30 mA/cm2, 电解质(氯化钠)浓度为0.1 mol/L, 反应时间为80 min, pH值为9.在此条件下CODcr去除率达到91.8%, 色度去除率达到96.9%.
Abstract:The effect of treatment of simulated printing and dyeing wastewater on the different current density, electrolyte(NaCl)concentration, reaction time and solution pH are investigated using home-made titanium electrode coated MnO2Doped with Ce, in orthogonal test.The results show that the removal rate of CODcr can reach 91.8% and color removal efficiency can reach 96.9% under the most suitable condition when current density is 30mA/cm2, and electrolysis(NaCl)is 0.1mol/L, the reaction time is 80 minutes and pH is 9.
