中文摘要: 采用厌氧水解酸化-生物接触氧化工艺对模拟印染废水进行了正交试验研究,使COD去除率达到94%,色度去除率达到96%,出水水质达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—1992)一级排放标准。试验结果表明:COD去除率主要受进水COD浓度、A池水力停留时间的影响较大,色度去除率受到好氧池水力停留时间的显著影响。

Abstract:Anaerobic hydrolysis acidification-biological contact oxidation process is used for treating simulated printing and dyeing wastewater on the orthogonal experiment. The total removal rate of COD reaches 94% and the removal rate of chroma reaches 96%, meeting the first discharging requirement of“textile dyeing industrial standards for water pollutant discharge”(GB 4287—1992). The result shows that influent COD and hydraulic retention time of Anaerobic pool(HRT-A)have a large effect on the removal rate of COD, and hydraulic retention time of aerobic pool(HRT-O)stay significant influence on the removal rate of chroma.
