中文摘要: 采用差示扫描量热仪和万能电子拉伸试验机等研究了滑石粉作为成核剂对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)结晶性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,滑石粉可以使PET的各项性能有较大幅度的提高.当滑石粉的添加量为5%(质量分数)时,材料的综合性能最佳,其中半结晶时间缩短47.0%,拉伸强度提高22.2%,弯曲强度提高57.8%,冲击强度提高36.6%.
Abstract:Effects of talc powder on crystallization behavior and mechanical property of Polyethylene terephthalate(PET) are studied by using differential scanning calorimetry and universal electronic tensile testing machine.The results indicate that talc powder can considerably improve the performance of PET.When the dosage of talc powder is 5 wt%.the comprehensive performance of materials is the best, the half crystallization time is shortened by 47.0%, the tensile strength is improved by 22.2%, the flexural strength is improved by 57.8%, and the impact strength is improved by 36.6%.
