中文摘要: 介绍了目前全寿命周期成本(LCC)管理在电网主设备入网方面的应用现状.针对深圳供电局电网主设备存在的具体问题,在LCC管理方法的基础上,从采购策略研究入手,并以电力变压器为例,建立其LCC估算模型,通过具体算例验证分析了LCC管理方法在电网主设备入网方面的科学性和经济性.
Abstract:The urgency of application of the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) management in main equipment accessing grid is presented.The LCC management method and its estimate model are briefly introduced,and the specific problems of grid main equipment in the existing Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau are analyzed.The research of accessing strategy of grid main equipment is developed with the study of the purchasing strategy,which is based on LCC management method.Purchasing strategy is proposed,taking into consideration the LCC management method.
