中文摘要: 通过起动试验发现星三角起动降低的电流和力矩倍数与理论值有较大的差距.分析了起动电流和起动力矩公式,可知在相同的环境条件下,漏抗的大小直接影响起动电流和起动力矩.利用有限元软件,分别对两种起动方式下的定转子磁密饱和情况进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:造成差距的原因是因为电机起动时定转子漏抗在星三角和全压下不同,而理论计算中假设漏抗不变.通过进一步分析发现星三角起动时起动电流和起动力矩具体降低多少取决于磁密的饱和程度.
Abstract:Three-phase induction machine of high power always uses Star-delta starting to reduce starting current. In theory, star-delta starting can reduce starting current and starting torque as low as Full-voltage starting. But testing shows that reduced multiple has a large gap between theory and practice. By starting test and finite-element analysis on three-phase induction machine of 4 poles 800 kW/6 kV, stator and rotor leakage reactance under full-voltage and star-delta are different in practice, which is constant in theoretical calculation. Detailed reduced multiple of starting current and starting torque are dependent on the degree of magnetic flux density saturation.
