中文摘要: 在散热量一定的条件下,热分析计算了5种不同肋片数的LED散热器结构,通过迭代计算得到LED灯散热器表面温度,比较得出散热效果最好的肋片数.同时还比较了散热器在两种不同表面发射率情况下的表面温度.计算结果表明,对给定的散热器结构及散热量,在一定条件下20个肋片数时散热器表面温度最低,散热效果最好.此外,增加表面发射率能有效提升其散热效果,降低肋片温度.
Abstract:Given the same amount of dissipated heat, thermal analysis and calculation of an LED heat sink with five different numbers of fins are performed. The surface temperature of the LED heat sink is obtained by iterative calculation. By comparison, the number of fins with lowest surface temperature is obtained. Meanwhile, the surface temperature of the heat sink is calculated and it is lowest with 20 fins, which means the effect of heat dissipation is best for the given heat sink structure. Moreover, large surface emissivity can effectively enhance heat dissipation and reduce the surface temperature of heat sink.
