中文摘要: 为了开发一种既能提高光催化材料的催化活性又能解决其固定化难题的制备方法,采用了化学气相沉积法,以甲烷为碳源,金属镍为催化剂,在550℃的条件下合成了固化在SiO2纤维的纳米碳纤维.然后以碳纤维为模板,以硝酸铈为前驱物,通过醇热反应合成得到了固化在SiO2纤维的CeO2.通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜和固体紫外-可见吸收光谱对CeO2进行了表征.结果表明,所制得的CeO2为萤石型立方结构,其禁带宽度约为2.7 eV,对亚甲基蓝溶液有优异的光催化降解效果.

Abstract:To develop a preparation method that not only enhances the catalytic activity but also helps to solve the immobilization problem for a photocatalytic material,carbon nanofibers are synthesized on silica fiber at 550℃ via chemical vapor deposition technique by using Ni as the catalyst and methane as the carbon source.Then a series of CeO2 is successfully formed via a CNFs template-assisted alcohol-thermal procedure.The samples thus prepared are characterized by X-Ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy,and ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.It turns out that the CeO2 thus prepared has cubic fluorite-type structure.The band gap is calculated to be about 2.7 eV,and the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue (MB) is effective for the CeO2 samples thus prepared.
