中文摘要: 选取小型风力发电机叶片为研究对象,根据翼型参数和叶片几何参数,利用相应的建模软件,生成三维模型.然后将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,建立有限元模型.通过施加风力载荷,对叶片的多种应力及位移进行了分析,并与其材料拉伸强度和安全位移进行了比较,实验结果验证了叶片有限元建模的有效性及叶片在实际工作中的安全性.
Abstract:The small-scale wind turbine blade is focused on.Based on the parameters of airfoil and the geometrical parameters of blade,the three-dimensional model of blade is established through the use of the modeling software.Then the model is introduced into ANSYS software,so the FEM model of blade is created.By applying the aerodynamic loads,the FEM model of blade is analyzed for the stress analysis and displacement analysis of blade.The FEM results are compared with the tensile strength of the material and the safe displacement.Therefore,the effectiveness of FEM model and real safety of blade are verified.
