中文摘要: 基于数学规划方法,构建了适用于公共建筑分布式光伏发电系统的经济性优化数学模型,可应用于公共建筑分布式光伏发电系统的经济性优化与评估分析.基于该模型,以上海地区办公楼、宾馆、医院、商场等4类典型公共建筑为例,分析了分布式光伏发电系统应用的经济效果.模拟结果表明,分布式光伏发电系统在上述4类建筑中均可取得可观的经济收益,但在很大程度上依赖于政府补贴的支持;如果每度电的补贴降低到0.1元/kWh,则投资回收期将增加1倍.
Abstract:An economic optimization model for the building photovoltaic (PV) system is developed based on the mathematical programming method.It can be employed for the economic optimization and assessment of the PV system for the public buildings.Using the developed optimization model,taking office,hotel,hospital and store as examples of the typical public buildings,the economic performances of the PV systems for the above four buildings are examined.The simulation results show that all the PV systems within the above buildings can receive satisfactory economic performance.However,it is partly due to the existing subsidies from the governments.If the subsidies are reduced to 0.1 Yuan/kWh,the expected payback period will double.
