中文摘要: 利用FLUENT软件对某1 000 MW塔式锅炉的燃烧过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:在额定工况下,温度在炉膛内呈左右对称分布,高温区出现在燃烧器区域的中上部;锅炉冷灰斗区域的温度最低;沿射流方向靠近下游水冷壁处的温度高、氧浓度低,在运行中要注意下游水冷壁区域的结渣情况。

Abstract:In order to study the combustion of 1 000 MW tower boiler in operation,the combustion process of a 1 000 MW tower boiler is simulated by FLUENT software.The results show that under the BMCR working condition,the temperature is symmetrical distribution in the furnace and the high temperature region appears in the middle and upper part of the burner area.The temperature at the area of the furnace hopper is the lowest.The position close to downstream water-wall along the jet direction is easy to slag.
