中文摘要: 随着能源结构转型和电力市场的逐步开放,大规模可再生能源正不断接入配点网中,用户侧参与配电网调度成为重要发展趋势。针对此现状,提出了一种考虑源荷不确定性的多用户主体配电系统联合鲁棒优化方法。首先,对不同利益主体搭建分布式模型框架;其次,对于配电网和不同利益主体内部的源荷不确定性,分别进行不确定鲁棒建模;最后,结合交替方向乘子法、列与约束生成算法对模型进行求解。通过算例分析,验证了所提方法成功实现了不同利益主体间的分布式求解,保护了各主体的信息隐私,具有良好的鲁棒性和抵御能力。
Abstract:With the transformation of the energy structure and the gradual opening of the electricity market,large-scale renewable energy is continuously connected to the distribution network,and the participation of users in the distribution network scheduling has also become an important developing trend. To address this situation,a joint robust optimization method for multiuser distributed power systems considering the uncertainty of power sources and loads is proposed. Firstly,a distributed modeling framework is established for different stakeholders. Secondly,the uncertain robust modeling is conducted for both the distribution network and the uncertainty of power sources and loads within the multi-user system. Finally,an optimization algorithm combining the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) with the column and constraint generation(C&CG)method is proposed to solve the model. Through case studies,it is verified that the proposed method successfully achieves distributed solutions among different stakeholders,protects the privacy of information among them,and exhibits good robustness and resilience against risks caused by the uncertainty of power sources and loads in the power grid.
