中文摘要: 针对网格化配电网中故障孤岛长时间尺度运行问题,提出了一种考虑动态孤岛的网格化配电网故障恢复策略。首先,提出了基于分布式电源(DG)的时变特性和广度优先搜索算法的孤岛划分策略;其次,利用孤岛可持续带载能力系数指标设计了相应的孤岛动态优化策略;然后,建立了网格内故障重构和网格间支援模型;最后,在配电网信息物理系统(CPS)109节点算例上,对故障恢复策略的有效性进行了验证。算例结果表明,该策略在恢复重要负荷、降低网络损耗、减小节点电压偏移等方面具有明显优势。
Abstract:A grid-based distribution network fault recovery strategy considering dynamic islanding is proposed to address the long-term operation problem of fault islands in grid based distribution networks. Firstly,an islanding strategy based on the time-varying characteristics of distributed generation (DG) and breadth first search is proposed. Secondly,the sustainable carrying capacity coefficient index is proposed,a corresponding islanding dynamic optimization strategy is designed for isolated islands. Then,the intra grid fault reconstruction and inter grid support models are established. Finally,the effectiveness of the fault recovery strategy is verified on a 109 node example of the cyber physical system(CPS)in the distribution network. The case study results show that the strategy has significant advantages in restoring important loads, reducing network losses,and reducing node voltage offsets.
