中文摘要: 为提升光伏-温差(PV-TE)混合发电系统效率,寻求与温差发电(TE)模块相结合的工程适用的冷却方式,搭建了包括太阳光模拟系统、光伏发电模块、TE模块的试验系统,对PV-TE混合发电系统不同冷却方式下的光伏发电输出功率、TE模块冷端温度、冷热端温差、输出功率进行了试验研究。结果表明:光伏电池板安装TE装置后,当TE装置处于开路和闭路两种不同状态时,光伏电池表现出不同的性能。TE装置安装散热铝片后,冷却效果显著,其冷端温度降低约5 K,冷热端温差增大,输出功率增大;在散热铝板的基础上结合热管,进一步增强了TE装置的冷却效果。
Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic-thermoelectric(PV-TE)hybrid power generation system,and to find an engineering suitable cooling method combined with thermoelectric (TE) module,an experimental system including solar simulator,photovoltaic power generation module and TE module is built,and the PV-TE hybrid power generation system is tested and studied. The output power of PV-TE hybrid power generation system,the cold end temperature,the temperature difference between cold and hot ends and the output power of TE module are studied and analyzed by different cooling methods. The experimental results show that after installing the TE device on the photovoltaic panel,the photovoltaic cell exhibits different performance when the TE device is in two different states:open circuit and closed circuit. Installing heat dissipation aluminum fins has a significant cooling effect. The cold end temperature of the TE device decreases by about 5 K,and the temperature difference between the cold and hot ends increases,resulting in an increase in output power. Combining heat pipes on the basis of cooling aluminum plates further enhances the cooling effect.
