中文摘要: 本文在文献[1]基础上.以广泛的企业调查为依据, 剖析了电力企业多种经营管理机制的现状与面临的问题, 从电力多种经营建立现代企业制度的必要性、可行性着手, 对电力多种经营实体在主业扶持下, 进入发展阶段后的管理机制, 进行了适应社会主义市场经济要求的研究.
Abstract:On the basis of literature [1], supported by the data obtained from comprehensive investigations into numenus electric enterprises, this paper makes an analysis of the existing management mechanism of electric enterprises diversified economy and the problems they are facing. And starting with the necessity and the feasibility of establishing medem enterprise systerra in electric enterprise diversified economy, the paper also studies the management mechanism of the entities in electric diversified economy, in their developing stage and with the support of enterprises, with concern about how they can fit the socialism market economy.
