中文摘要: 本文谋求拓宽管理者的思维方法, 以改进和提高学校教育的整体功能, 从系统论的观点出发, 结合国内外的研究成果, 对学校体育系统中的管理结构、管理方法和管理行为诸方面进行剖析, 以求提高教学质量.
Abstract:This paper is aimed at broadening the way of thinking of the administrative personnel so ae to improve the function of the school physical education. From the viewpoint of systematology and connected with the achievements of research work both at home and abroard, an analysis is conducted here on the structure. the methodology and the practice in management of school physical edacation in the hope of a higher teaching level.
