中文摘要: 本文探讨了企业经济发展与智力资源开发的关系, 提出了企业智力资源开发离不开成人高等教育.为了适应企业经济发展和企业智力资源开发, 成人高等教育必须进行调整和改革, 以充分发挥智力资源开发的功能, 不断提高企业生产力水平, 促进企业经济迅速发展.
Abstract:This paper expounded the relationship between enterprise economic growth and intellectualresoures development, pointed out that the intellectual resources development of industry can deviate from the adult higher education. In order to suit with the enterprise economic growth and intelletual resources development, the adult higher education must under go structural adjustment and reform,in order to fully put to play the intellectual resources, which are conducive to the constant and speedy growth of enterprise productive force and economy.
