中文摘要: 在当前市场经济条件下,设备转让的问题日益频繁.本文对这种特殊形式下的设备交易,就其价值问题进行了探讨.所作结论,丰富了设备管理的理论,并对实际发生的设备转让操作,有指导意义.
Abstract:The problems of facility transfer emerge frequently in the condition of market economy. Some problems of value evaluation at the special trade process are discussed in this paper. The conclusions make up deficiency in the theory of facility management and give practical guide in facility transfer operations.
